Terms of Service

Last updated: October 15, 2026

These terms apply to sites.bonsei.co, bonsei.co and the services Bonsei provides ("Bonsei", "we", "I"). By using the site or hiring Bonsei you agree to them.

Who we are. Bonsei is operated by [ENTITY]. Contact: [email protected] · Text (305) 414-2024 · [MAILING ADDRESS].

What we do. Bonsei designs and builds websites and related services (hosting, care plans, Google Business Profile setup) for businesses. Each project is defined in a written proposal or text/email confirmation that lists scope, price and timeline. That proposal plus the Client Service Agreement governs the project; these Terms govern everything else.

Demo previews. Pages at sites.bonsei.co/<name> are concept previews built to show a business what a site could look like. They are not the business's official website, are not endorsed by the business, and use publicly available information (name, address, hours, public photos and reviews) that may be out of date. Any business that wants a preview changed or removed can text or email us and we will take it down within 2 business days.

Payments. Prices are quoted in US dollars. Build projects require a deposit to start and the balance at launch, as stated in the proposal. Care plans bill monthly in advance. Accepted methods: Zelle, cash, and card (when available). Late balances may pause work or hosting.

Ownership. On full payment, the client owns the finished site's content and design for their business. Bonsei keeps the right to reuse its own tools, templates, code components and know-how, and to show the finished site in its portfolio unless the client asks us not to in writing. Until full payment, the site remains Bonsei's property.

Client content. Clients confirm they have the right to use any logos, photos, text and reviews they give us, and they are responsible for the accuracy of their business information.

Domains and hosting. Domains are registered in the client's name whenever possible; the client owns the domain. Hosting is provided through third-party providers; uptime is best-effort and we are not liable for provider outages.

No guarantees of results. A website helps customers find and contact a business, but we don't promise rankings, traffic, bookings or revenue.

Limitation of liability. To the extent Florida law allows, Bonsei's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount the client paid Bonsei in the 3 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or data loss.

Texting. By texting us or giving us your number, you agree to receive text messages about your project. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Governing law. Florida law applies. Disputes are handled in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Changes. We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version.
