Refund & Cancellation Policy

Build projects. The deposit reserves your spot and covers design and setup work that starts immediately, so it is non-refundable once work begins. If you cancel before work starts, the deposit is refunded in full. If you cancel after work starts, you keep nothing we built and owe nothing further beyond the deposit. If Bonsei cancels or can't deliver, you get a full refund of everything paid.

Revisions. Each package includes the revisions listed in your proposal. Small changes before launch (text, hours, prices, a photo swap) are included. Changes in direction or scope are quoted separately.

Care plans. Monthly, no contract. Cancel anytime by text or email; your plan ends at the close of the current billing month and no further charges are made. Payments already made for the current month are not refunded.

Domains. Domain registration fees are paid to the registrar and are not refundable.
