Privacy Policy

What we collect. When you contact us: your name, business name, phone number, email and anything you send us. When you visit our sites: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed) through our hosting provider (Cloudflare). We don't run advertising trackers. We don't sell personal information.

Why. To reply to you, build and support your website, send project updates, and keep our sites secure.

Texts and calls. We use Google Voice for calls and texts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts.

Demo previews. Previews use publicly available business information (name, address, hours, public photos and public reviews). Public reviews shown in a preview are quoted from Google and credited to the reviewer's public first name. If you are a reviewer or business and want something removed, email [email protected].

Who sees your data. Only Bonsei and the service providers we use to run the business (hosting, email, payments, scheduling). They may only use it to provide their service to us.

Your choices. Ask us anytime to see, correct or delete what we hold about you: [email protected]. We honor "Do Not Track" requests by not tracking in the first place.

Children. Our services are for businesses and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes. Updates will be posted here with a new date.
